Key skills:
Knowledge of construction standards & practices and co-coordinating with contractors Qualification / Experience:- BE / Diploma ( Civil ) . Minimum 5-7 years experience. Should have knowledge of Material Testing, QC Lab Procedures, Finishing work & Good Quality Requirements, Should have worked in residential project of Towers for 04 to 05 years, should know how to tackle & deal with Contractor.
Will be assigned specific roles in Civil to ensure that timely execution of activities as per architectural, structural drawings and contract specifications and avoid time and cost overruns. Need to monitor the Contractor's activities and maintain a record of progress and check for any deviations against laid out plans. Will be required to coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects and others who are involved in the construction process
Responsible for site construction, safety, quality, schedule and cost. To prepare and execute site works as per Bar Chart and prepare weekly / monthly plans for monitoring the work as per Bar chart.
